All the prices on this site can be negotiated between you and Hekate's Writing Services. E-Transfers are not accepted.

 

Advice

Hekate's Writing Services does not give free advice if you have an idea for a show or ad and not how to proceed. Hekate's Writing Services can give you one piece of guidance only. If you want more information, then you would have to pay.

Editing

Hekate's Writing Services will only have no more than three revisions per project.

Availability

Hekate’s Writing Service is only available during business hours from 10 to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. If you get a hold of Hekate’s Writing Services after 6 p.m., then no one will not get a hold of you until 10 a.m. the next morning.

Copywriting

Your company cannot publish, reproduce, redistribute, or alter any material created by Hekate’s Writing Services.

Once the payment is finalized, you have the copyrights to the material. However, Hekate’s Writing Services will retain the right to use any part of the material.

If you cancel before the project is completed, I do not have full rights to the material.

It is up to you to make sure all the information about your product or service is provided to Hekate’s Writing Services.

Cancellation

If you decide to cancel after you have signed the contract, you will get a full refund before the project begins.

If Hekate’s Writing Services decide to cancel the project, you will still get a refund.

If you have something that needs to be done at the last minute, I will refuse it depending on the project. I need at least a few day's notices.

Refund policy

Agency/Third Party Arrangement

If there is a third party or agency involvement, whether it be a production company, website designers, or others, they are considered a Hekate's Writing Services client.

Payment Terms

Payments show be made to Hekate's Writing via Paypal or Credit Card.

Overdue Accounts

Accounts that are 30 days overdue will be going to a debt collection agency.

Privacy Policy

This privacy policy ("Policy") describes how the personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you may provide on the hekateswritingservices.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services") is collected, protected, and used. It also describes your choices regarding my use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update this information. This Policy is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Hekate’s Writing Services ("Hekate’s Writing Services," "me," "my" or "I"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement's terms. This Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that we do not own or control or to individuals that we do not employ or manage.

Automatic collection of information, my top priority is customer data security, and, as such, I exercise the no-logs Policy. Hekate’s Writing Services may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is necessary to maintain the Website and Services. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential abuse cases and establish statistical information regarding the usage and traffic of the Website and Services. This statistical information is aggregated to identify any user of the system—collecting personal information.

You can access and use the Website and Services without telling me who you are or revealing any information by which someone could identify you as a specific, identifiable individual. If you wish to use some of the website features, you may ask to provide certain Personal Information (for example, your name and email address). I receive and store any information you knowingly provide to us when you purchase or fill any online forms on the website. Disclosure of information Depending on the requested services or as necessary to complete any transaction or provide any service you have requested. I will not share Personal Information with unaffiliated third parties. These service providers are not authorized to use or disclose your information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. I may share your Personal Information for these purposes only with third parties whose privacy policies are consistent with mine or agree to abide by our policies concerning Personal Information. These third parties are given Personal Information they need only to perform their designated functions. Privacy of children I do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under the age of 18. In the event of a data breach, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals if we believe that there is a reasonable risk of harm to the user due to the breach of the notice required by law. When I do, I will post a notice on the website, send you an email. Changes and amendments, I reserve the right to modify this Policy or its terms relating to the Website and Services from time to time at my discretion and notify you of any material changes to how I treat Personal Information.
