Prices on this site can be negotiated between you and Hekate's Writing Services. No electronic transfers will be accepted.

Advice

Hekate's Writing Services does not give advice about how to proceed with an idea for a show or ad. You can only get one piece of guidance from me. For additional guidance, you will have to pay.

Editing

​

Hekate's Writing Services only allows three revisions per project.

​

Availability

​

Hekate's Writing Service is only available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. between Monday and Friday. Hekate's Writing Services cannot reach you after 9 p.m. until 9 a.m. the next day.

Copywriting
​

No material created by Hekate's Writing Services can be published, reproduced, redistributed, or altered by your company.
​
After the payment is completed, you own the copyrights to the material. Hekate's Writing Services will keep the right to use any part of it.
​
I do not have full rights to the material if you cancel before the project is completed.
​
It is your responsibility to make sure Hekate's Writing Services has all the information about your product or service.

Cancellation

​

You will get a full refund if you cancel after signing the contract.

​

You will still get a refund if Hekate's Writing Services cancels the project.

​

If you need something done at the last minute, I may refuse it, depending on the project. Please give me at least a few days' notice.

Agency/Third Party Arrangement

In the event of a third party or agency involvement, such as a production company, website designer, etc., they are considered clients of Hekate's Writing Services.

Payment Terms

PayPal and credit card payments can be made to Hekate's Writing. Please note that electronic transfers will not be accepted.

Overdue Accounts

​

Overdue accounts of 30 days or more will be turned over to a collection agency.
